Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our facility.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
